Record Retention Guide

We retain electronic copies of tax returns for the prior six years, plus the current year.  Our payroll history includes the same number of years for quarterly tax returns, and the ability to reproduce reports and individual payroll records for up to three years along with scanned copies of other payroll records.

Access to electronic payment websites such as the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG), the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), and the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation (ohiobwc) also enables us to retrieve report filings and confirmations.
