We work with you on a personal level to determine how we can best assist you and/or your business to help you with your tax reporting and filing needs.
Our office is focused on small businesses, non-profits, and individuals with tax filing requirements, and we know that you come to us for the kind of personal attention that you prefer. No question is too small or “uncomplicated” for us to address directly or to research for you or your business.
Our job is to help you meet your tax and reporting deadlines as stress-free as possible. We also assist with necessary problem-solving and audits with government agencies to resolve filing and information processing issues.
Our current staff includes Income Tax specialists Jean Valentine and Mary Ann McClure with Debbie Edwards as additional tax preparer, payroll service providers Carol Sinclair (admin), Sirlei Martin, Alison Houtz and Jerri Hill, and our primary Quickbooks Accountant and Sales Tax administrator Susan Lascelles. Janet Life provides receptionist and phone services and is our primary “paper flow” processor with help from Mary Lewis.
As owner, I oversee office work flow, interface with agencies for problem solving on the income tax side, and provide tax preparation for all entities with a focus on business and non-profits. We look forward to hearing from you. – Mary Ann McClure
